Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting environmental qualification tests for our camera systems
  • Planning test campaigns incl. organising laboratories, creating and maintaining test plans and protocols in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications
  • Analysing and documenting test results and deriving measures for product improvement
  • Standardising qualification requirements, qualification plans and qualification tests that can be used across projects in Siemens Polarion
  • Evaluation and maintenance of the necessary test hardware and infrastructure
  • Planning and implementation of long-term and robustness tests with the qualification environment available in-house
  • Ensuring adherence to the time and cost framework for the test projects

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering) or comparable training
  • Experience in the field of environmental qualification tests and/or laboratory support
    Knowledge of and proven application of DO160, MIL STD 810 or comparable standards
  • Manual dexterity
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering in Siemens Polarion an advantage
  • Basic programming skills are an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and German
