Kappa is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support our daily administrative tasks and strategic customer accounts at our location in Madrid. We are seeking a structured and proactive professional with experience to support key account management and contribute to the overall operational performance of the company.
Your Responsibilities:
Key Account Management Support:
- Monitoring and tracking orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing
- Ensuring an accurate overview of order status, delivery dates, and pending actions
- Internal coordination with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure compliance with commercial obligations
- Supporting the KAM in preparing and organizing information required for customer care
- Monitoring basic order-related KPIs such as on-time delivery and order backlog
Direct Support to the Managing Director:
- Daily support in operational and business matters
- Assistance in coordinating topics related to accounting and business management
- Support in tracking appointments and ongoing company initiatives
- Coordination with external consultants when required
- Discretion in handling sensitive and company-related information
- Reliability, maturity, and professional judgment in daily work
Your Profile:
- Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of experience in order management, procurement coordination, or operations in an industrial or technical environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ERP systems and structured processes
- Proficiency in working with KPIs and operational tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Good English skills required, German is desirable
