Your Tasks:
- Support in process and documentation optimizations (e.g., checklists, workflows, QM documents)
- Identification of standardization and optimization potentials in production-related processes
- Analysis and structuring of existing manufacturing documents
- Development of a modular, universal manufacturing document for various camera models
- Conceptualization and creation of clear, understandable documentation including versioning
- Close coordination with the production team lead, production team, product management, and development
Your Profile:
- Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field of study
- Interest in production processes, manufacturing documentation, and structured work
- Analytical thinking skills and enthusiasm for systematic process optimization
- Confident handling of technical documents and ideally initial experience with tools like Excel, Confluence, Jira, or similar systems
- Structured, meticulous work style and perseverance in detail-oriented tasks
- Strong hands-on mentality, teamwork, and communication skills
- High motivation to question and actively develop existing processes
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work predominantly on-site (approx. 80% presence)
