Your Tasks:

  • Support experienced colleagues in technical consulting and handling technical customer inquiries (needs assessment and clarification of product solutions)
  • Creation and follow-up of technical concepts and offers
  • Follow-up and qualification of web and email leads
  • Acquiring and maintaining contacts in online networks

Your Profile:

  • Studies in industrial engineering, electrical and information technology, or similar fields
  • Technical understanding
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills combined with a friendly, reliable demeanor
  • Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • High commitment, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
