Your Responsibilities:
- Development of video signal processing in high-end camera systems
- Implementation and integration of complex algorithms in FPGAs, e.g. noise reduction, autofocus
- Simulation and verification of designs using automated test benches/scripts
- Evaluation of new FPGA technologies (Xilinx Ultrascale MPSoC, Microchip PolarFire)
- Documentation and review of FPGA designs
- Collaboration in a motivated, agile project team
Your Qualifications:
- ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in electrical engineering, computer science, embedded systems or a comparable field of study required.
- Good knowledge of digital circuit technology.
- Basic knowledge of a hardware design language, e.g. VHDL, Verilog.
- Basic knowledge of FPGA design (simulation and synthesis) is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented and structured way of working.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
- Good written and spoken English skills
