Your Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of 5S measures to optimize the production environment
  • Training and supporting employees in implementing and adhering to the 5S principles
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented measures
  • Continuous improvement of the 5S measures 
  • Development of key figures for sub-areas of production

Your Qualifications:

  • Student (all genders) in the field of industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Initial experience with lean management
  • Experience with data analysis is an advantage
  • CAD knowledge is an advantage (Solid-Edge)
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • High degree of initiative and motivation
  • Organizational skills, team spirit and communication skills
