We are looking for you as a technical (junior) sales engineer with approx. 80% on-site and 20% remote work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Main contact person at Kappa optronics GmbH/Kappa optronics Inc/Kappa optronics S.L for technical advice on customer enquiries (needs assessment and clarification of product solutions)
  • Product presentations to customers and support for sales and strategy meetings, including preparation and follow-up (willingness to travel internationally approx. 25%)
  • Creation and follow-up of technical concepts and offers
  • Follow-up and qualification of web and email leads
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts in online networks

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or a comparable field of study
  • In-depth technical understanding and the ability to explain complex products/processes clearly
  • Initial experience in technical internal sales and field sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of quality, configuration and project management desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office required
  • Experience in working with PLM/CRM systems desirable
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills combined with a friendly, engaging demeanour
  • Solution-orientated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • High level of commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Confident German and very good written and spoken English skills
