Kappa optronics develops and manufactures innovative cameras for international customers in target industries such as aviation, defense and automotive. Cameras and vision systems for everything that drives and flies - here we are amongst the best in the world.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation and follow-up of technical concepts and offers
  • Main contact person for Kappa optronics GmbH/Inc/S.L for telephone and technical advice on customer enquiries (needs assessment and clarification of the product solution)
  • Follow-up and qualification of web and e-mail leads
  • Contact acquisition/maintenance in online networks
  • Product presentation to customers and accompanying sales and strategy meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up (international travelling approx. 25 %)

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or a comparable field of study
  • In-depth technical understanding and the ability to explain complex products/processes clearly
  • Initial experience in technical internal sales and field sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of quality, configuration and project management desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office required
  • Experience in working with PLM/CRM systems desirable.
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills combined with a friendly, engaging demeanour
  • Solution-orientated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • High level of commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Confident German and very good written and spoken English skills
