Your Mission:
In this role, you will support product management and sales, particularly in:
- Customer demos on-site (involving travel)
- System integrations
- Technical commissioning of complex overall systems
You will act as the interface between development, product management, sales, and customers – with a clear focus on implementation, functionality, and results.
Your Tasks:
- System Integration & Commissioning
- Setup, integration, and commissioning of complex electro-optical systems (hardware & software)
- Conducting system tests, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Supporting the acceptance of systems internally and with customers
- Customer & Demo Support
- Technical preparation and execution of customer demos on-site (national & international)
- Technical contact person on-site with the customer
- Supporting sales and business development in the pre-sales phase
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, systems engineering
or comparable technical training (e.g., technician) - Several years of practical experience in system integration, commissioning, or technical service
- Experience in handling complex technical systems (HW/SW)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong hands-on mentality – you take action and take responsibility
- High willingness to travel (national & international)
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Confident demeanor with customers
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
