We are looking for a part-time or full-time Clerk Material Compliance Officer (x|w|m) to work 15 to 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with RoHs and REACh regulations as well as conflict minerals with the aim of legal certainty, in particular the timely fulfilment of information obligations towards customers and authorities
  • Determining the quantities of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), including reporting to the authorities
  • Preparation and maintenance of documentation and reports
  • Advising and training internal departments on RoHs and REACh requirements
  • Liaising with customers, external partners and authorities
  • Supporting the implementation and further development of compliance strategies and processes

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable course of study
  • Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations, in particular RoHS and REACh requirements and conflict minerals
  • Professional experience in the area of compliance, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
