Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in improving Quality Assurance, guiding the production team, so proper practices are adopted, and the right standards are established, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Cooperate in the maintenance and improvement of the QMS, providing constructive feedback on the processes, proposing necessary changes or improvements, and working towards them proactively
  • Support the supplier assessment, quality & audit management
    Control & calibration management of test equipment
  • Participate in ensuring full compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, overseeing resolution of assigned non-conformities, performing analysis and investigation of deviations, and assisting during internal / external audits as required
  • Be open minded and highly collaborative, staying flexible to switch tasks depending on priorities/workload, providing creative ideas on how to improve or make processes more effective & efficient, and remaining eager to help her/his team-mates

Your Profile:

  • Academic background in Quality, Engineering or Aviation fields
  • Professional competency in German and English (must be able to comfortably work with technical documentation and attend meetings in English and German)
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Quality or Auditing within a highly regulated sector
  • Good knowledge of international quality standards and regulations (e.g. ISO9001) and familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (e.g. 8D, FMEA, risk management, etc)
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, supported by a structured approach to work
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, especially the ability to influence and manage multidisciplinary teams, coaching them into the right practices & providing them a good understanding of the quality standards
  • Willingness to travel to any of our locations, and to the sites of our suppliers & customers if / when required
