Your Responsibilities:

  • Project management in high-tech projects for our Business Unit Aviation under EN9100
  • Weekly reviews of technical progress and timeline with the customer
  • Active Risk Management follow up with both customer and internal team
  • Project controlling and reporting status to upper management
  • Acting as Scrum Master (in some projects this responsibility could be modified to Product Owner)
  • Creating the right atmosphere inside the multidisciplinary team
  • Definition of task priorities within the team, active participation in most topics

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience inside the Aerospace Industry
  • Experience in product related projects is appreciated
  • Good business and technical English level
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with the safety related standards DO254 and DO178 and the environmental standard DO160 is an advantage
  • Experience in DAL C projects is appreciated
  • Bachelor or Master in any Engineering field, Physics or Mathematics
  • Experience with the EN9100 
  • Experience or knowledge on Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
  • Experience working with MS Project and the complete Microsoft package
  • Experience in optics related projects is appreciated
