Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of complex, technical, customer-specific and international development projects (hardware, software, mechanics, system integration)
  • Leading agile project teams
  • Carrying out the feasibility analysis, requirements management and risk analysis and thus ensuring the project's ability to be implemented
  • Managing development projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines, coordinating all project team members involved and ensuring development goals are met
  • Preparing project planning, identifying deviations from and conflicts with objectives and initiating appropriate measures to resolve them
  • Implementing activities and projects in accordance with agile project management standards and customer-specific specifications and norms

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies (project management, commercial or technical studies) or comparable qualification (e.g. relevant training)
  • Professional experience in project management desirable
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience in agile methods in the development of complex systems is a plus
  • Good self-organization and time management skills
  • Structured, goal- and result-oriented way of working
  • Moderation skills, strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness for occasional international travel
  • High willingness to learn and self-interest in integration into the team
