Your Tasks:
- Management of complex, technical, and international development projects for customer-specific high-tech solutions
- Responsibility for project goals regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and scope of services
- Conducting feasibility, requirements, and risk analyses to ensure successful project implementation
- Creation and management of project plans as well as early identification and resolution of deviations and risks
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams from hardware, software, mechanics, and system integration
- Active communication and collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Regular reporting of project status and presentation of relevant key figures to management and customers
- Application of classical and agile project management methods while adhering to relevant standards and customer requirements (e.g., EN9100)
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Experience in managing complex technical development projects (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Strong technical understanding in interdisciplinary development environments (e.g., hardware, software, mechanics, or system integration)
- Experience in dealing with customers as well as managing international projects and project teams
- Solid knowledge of classical and agile project management methods
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant working style
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of team orientation
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
