Your Tasks:

  • Management of complex, technical, and international development projects for customer-specific high-tech solutions
  • Responsibility for project goals regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and scope of services
  • Conducting feasibility, requirements, and risk analyses to ensure successful project implementation
  • Creation and management of project plans as well as early identification and resolution of deviations and risks
  • Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams from hardware, software, mechanics, and system integration
  • Active communication and collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Regular reporting of project status and presentation of relevant key figures to management and customers
  • Application of classical and agile project management methods while adhering to relevant standards and customer requirements (e.g., EN9100)

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical field
  • Experience in managing complex technical development projects (minimum 5 years of experience)
  • Strong technical understanding in interdisciplinary development environments (e.g., hardware, software, mechanics, or system integration)
  • Experience in dealing with customers as well as managing international projects and project teams
  • Solid knowledge of classical and agile project management methods
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant working style
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of team orientation
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
