For our location in Madrid (Spain) We are looking for professionals with experience in electronic and optical component assembly, capable of working with precision in camera and sensitive module assembly processes. The ideal candidate combines technical skills, attention to detail, proactivity and strict discipline in complying with quality standards and electronic manipulation requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic, optical, and mechanical modules according to work instructions
- Clean, manipulate, and mount optical elements (lenses, sensors, filters)
- Perform functional tests, visual inspections, and quality documentation
- Use precision tools (fine soldering station, microscope, gauges, etc.)
- Maintain order and comply with quality and safety standards
- Handle sensitive components safely following ESD procedures
- Soldering according to IPC guidelines
- Performing acceptance tests on end devices and assemblies
- Actively participating in the implementation of manufacturing goals
- Ensuring quality standards by complying with testing and work instructions
- Compliance with and active participation in the 5S standards at the workstations
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in production or assembly of electronics, optics, or precision devices
- Practical knowledge of ESD protection and work in EPA areas
- Ability to read and follow technical work instructions, diagrams, and basic schematics
- Training in technical fields (Electronics, Mechatronics, Optics)
- Initial work experience in an industrial or technical electrical profession
- Medium level of English (spoken and written, must be able to comfortably work with technical documentation and attend meetings)
- Manual dexterity, Surface mount technology processing and hand soldering
- Good self-organization skills with regard to workplace and time management, independent action in the event of quality and deadline problems
