We are looking for professionals with experience in assembling electronic and optical components for our location in Madrid (Spain), who are capable of working precisely in assembling cameras and sensitive modules. The ideal candidate combines technical skills, attention to detail, initiative, and strict discipline in adhering to quality standards and electronic handling requirements.
Your Tasks:
- Assembly of electronic, optical, and mechanical modules according to work instructions
- Cleaning, handling, and assembling optical elements (lenses, sensors, filters)
- Performing functional tests, visual inspections, and quality documentation
- Using precision tools (fine soldering station, microscope, measuring devices, etc.)
- Maintaining order and adhering to quality and safety standards
- Safe handling of sensitive components according to ESD procedures
- Soldering according to IPC guidelines
- Conducting acceptance tests on end devices and assemblies
- Active participation in achieving production goals
- Ensuring quality standards by following inspection and work instructions
- Compliance with and active participation in the 5S standards at workstations
Your Profile:
- Experience in the production or assembly of electronics, optics, or precision devices
- Practical knowledge of ESD protection and working in EPA areas
- Ability to read and follow technical work instructions, diagrams, and basic circuit diagrams
- Training in technical fields (electronics, mechatronics, optics)
- Initial professional experience in an industrial or technical electrical profession
- Intermediate English (spoken and written, must be able to work with technical documentation and participate in meetings)
- Manual dexterity, handling surface mount technology, and hand soldering
- Good self-organization skills regarding workplace and time management, independent action on quality and deadline issues
