Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, technical control and operation of technical equipment
  • Ensuring the functionality of exterior and interior lighting
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair work on buildings, technical systems and outdoor facilities
  • Supporting external service providers
  • Carrying out maintenance, repair and overhaul measures as well as other construction measures on our own initiative
  • Green maintenance and cleaning of outdoor facilities including lawns and plants/shrubs
  • Autumn and winter service including leaf and snow clearance and gritting service, if necessary with the involvement of service providers
  • Ensuring the disposal of waste (e.g. hazardous waste, electronic waste), if necessary with the help of service providers
  • Supplying the sanitary facilities with cleaning and care products (soap, disinfectant, creams, disposable wipes)
  • Transportation services in the Göttingen area
  • Ensuring the house rules
  • Taking on administrative tasks, e.g. key list incl. issuing and returning keys

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training or high affinity for and private interest in manual activities
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of domestic handyman activities desirable
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Class B driver's license
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Good written and spoken German
