Your Tasks:
- Development of image signal and data processing in camera systems, such as automotive ECUs or aviation VDUs
- Implementation and integration of complex algorithms in VHDL
- Integration of FPGA IPs for memory control and data transmission: MIPI-CSI2, DDR Memory Controllers
- Simulation and verification of VHDL designs with automated test benches (Modelsim, Riviera)
- Debugging with embedded FPGA IP cores: SignalTap, ILA
- Proficient use of laboratory equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, active DC load
- Collaborative FPGA design using a version control tool
- Documentation and review of VHDL code
- Working in a motivated, agile project team
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a comparable field required
- Initial experience as an FPGA designer and in the corresponding workflows (VHDL, simulation, integration, verification)
- Initial experience in timing analysis and constraining for high-speed systems
- Experience in FPGA toolchains Vitis Vivado is a plus
- Experience in microcontroller development and integration with FPGA-based systems is a plus
- Experience in microcontroller design / Linux device tree design for the integration of MPSoC-based systems is a plus
- Knowledge of CMOS sensors and/or image processing is desirable
- Targeted and structured working style
- Strong interest in developing functionally safe image processing systems
- Customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills
- High level of commitment, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
