Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational handling of the entire ordering process, from request for quotation to order placement and order confirmation
  • Obtaining and comparing offers as well as negotiating prices, terms, and delivery conditions
  • Monitoring and actively following up on delivery dates and coordinating in case of deviations
  • Supporting the purchasing team in daily operations and organizational tasks
  • Communication and coordination with suppliers and internal interfaces
  • Processing complaints and resolving discrepancies with respective suppliers
  • Maintaining and updating supplier, material, and purchasing master data

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training, a degree with a focus on purchasing/procurement, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in operational purchasing or a comparable commercial role, ideally in a technically oriented or manufacturing company
  • Technical understanding and interest in electronic and mechanical components are advantageous
  • Confident demeanor as well as communication and negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a good eye for deadlines and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with an ERP system
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
