Your Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, and coordinating production orders while considering deadlines, capacities, and material availability
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring production planning as well as identifying and resolving deviations early
- Ensuring material availability in close coordination with purchasing, production, and logistics
- Coordinating and tracking delivery dates as well as aligning with internal interfaces and external suppliers
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels while considering current and future material requirements
- Processing and coordinating customer orders and ensuring timely order execution
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in work preparation, production planning, scheduling, or a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing, technically oriented company
- Good understanding of production processes and the relationships between material availability, capacities, and delivery deadlines
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Communication and teamwork skills, along with the ability to effectively coordinate various internal and external interfaces
- High level of initiative, responsibility, and reliability
