Your Tasks:
- Processing supplier inquiries and orders
- Negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery dates with suppliers
- Planning and creating production orders
- Comprehensive support of production orders in collaboration with production teams and business units
- Creating and monitoring production schedules
- Ensuring timely material procurement
- Communication and coordination with internal departments and external suppliers
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
- Monitoring complaint management
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in purchasing and/or production planning
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
