Starting on 01.09.2027, we are looking for you! During your training in our internationally operating company, you can expect exciting tasks in a challenging and interesting industry. You will get to know Kappa from head to toe: from procurement to order management, marketing, and sales to controlling and the HR department. In a friendly and collegial working atmosphere, you will support your colleagues in daily business and take on smaller projects. We encourage and challenge you to work independently and responsibly while internalizing the characteristic processes, structures, and functioning of a medium-sized technology company.
Your Tasks:
- Getting to know various departments of an industrial company and their corresponding workflows
- Acquiring and applying business and organizational knowledge
- Taking on independent projects in the areas of employer branding, marketing, and human resources management, e.g., organizing various action days, training fairs, and environmental management actions
Your Profile:
- Successful completion of secondary school, ideally with A-levels or higher commercial school/economics school
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills
- Interest in economic processes and contexts
- Enjoy working with computers
- Affinity for numbers and technical contexts
