Starting on 01.09.2025, we want you! During your training as an industrial clerk in an internationally operating company, exciting tasks await you in a challenging and interesting industry. You will get to know Kappa from head to toe: From purchasing to order management, marketing and sales to controlling and human resources. In a friendly and collegial working atmosphere, you will support your colleagues in day-to-day business and take on smaller projects. We encourage and challenge you to work independently and on your own responsibility and to internalize the characteristic processes and structures as well as the functioning of a medium-sized technology company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Getting to know various specialist areas of an industrial company and the corresponding work processes
  • Acquisition and application of business management and organizational knowledge
  • Taking responsibility for projects in the area of employer branding, marketing, human resources management, e.g. organizing various campaign days, training fairs, Environmental management actions

Your Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of secondary school, ideally A-levels or (higher) commercial school/business school
  • Profound German knowledge and secure English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Interest in economic processes and contexts
  • Enjoy working with the PC
  • Affinity for numbers and technical contexts
